NCOPE is updating the CAAHEP Orthotic & Prosthetic Technician Standards to reflect current practices and ensure graduates are prepared to succeed. In 2024, a comprehensive revision began with input from dozens or stakeholders including employers of O&P technicians, clinicians, technical school graduates, and manufacturers.
