# How Do I Verify What Documentation the NCOPE Staff Has Received for a Resident?

Both residents and a resident's assigned residency mentor within NCOPE Tracker can run the [NCOPE Resident Status Report](https://ncope.org/index.php/home-page-v2/residency-and-professional-experiences/op-residency-future-and-current-past-residents/resident-status-report/), which will show which forms have been received by the NCOPE staff.  Please note that it typically takes 2 business days for the NCOPE staff to receive and review a form before it will be reflected on the status report.  NCOPE Tracker and our database do not automatically consider a form received until an NCOPE staff member has personally verified the information.  If more than 2 business days has passed since a form was submitted, please contact the NCOPE Residency Staff via an email to [residency@ncope.org](mailto:residency@ncope.org) and include the PDF generated by NCOPE Tracker, the resident's name/email, the assigned mentor's name/email, the name of the site, the residency program type (orthotic, prosthetic, combined), and track (research/clinical).
