All residents should familiarize themselves with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ncope.org\/index.php\/home-page-v2\/residency-program-services\/ncope-residency-essentials-resident-responsibilities\/\">NCOPE Residency Essentials<\/a> and must submit a <a href=\"https:\/\/ncope.org\/index.php\/home-page-v2\/residency-program-services\/residency-resident-registration-form\/\">Resident Registration Form<\/a> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">at least 14 days prior to the residency start date<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>2. The registration fee must be paid by either the resident or the residency program <strong>after<\/strong> submitting the registration form.\u00a0 To make a credit card payment, please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/ncope.org\/index.php\/residency-services-payment-portal\/\">Residency Services Payment Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>3. Official transcripts\u00a0<strong>that clearly list a degree conferral date<\/strong> must be provided to NCOPE directly from the institution registrar or transcript clearinghouse to info@ncope.org or the address listed on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ncope.org\/index.php\/home-page-v2\/about\/contact-ncope\/\">Contact NCOPE<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<p>4. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If you are preparing to start your 2nd residency<\/span>, you must successfully complete your 1st residency program including submission of all required documentation by the resident and directors\/mentor(s) before the 2nd residency program can begin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
