How Do I Check if my Clinic is Rural Based Upon CMS/Federal Guidelines?

For consistency, NCOPE reference’s Federal and CMS requirements which can be verified using the Rural Health Information Hub website.  Search for the clinic’s address, click “Locate” and then “Run Report” once the address is found.

Scroll down to the “Program Eligibilty” section and if the site is within a designated rural area, you will see “YES” listed as illustrated above.
