Residency Registration and Accreditation Fees

Registration Fees – Sites Accredited Under the 2025 Residency Standards

Residents that pursue a 2-site pathway will be eligible for a certificate of O&P residency completion after meeting all requirements in both orthotic and prosthetic practice.  No certificate of completion is awarded to residents after concluding training at the initial site.

  • A late fee of $25 is assessed for any payments past due greater than 90 days.

How to Pay

The person completing the Residency Program Application Form or Resident Registration Form will automatically be provided the information below at the time of form completion.

1) Pay with Credit Card

2) Send a Check

Make checks payable to NCOPE and include your company’s name and address on the memo line.  When paying for resident registration, also include the name(s) of the resident(s). Payment Address:

3) Request an Invoice
