Single Discipline Orthotic Residency

$1,890/resident
  • All administrative expenses due to NCOPE for the individual resident

Single Discipline Prosthetic Residency

Clinical or Research Track
$1,890/resident
  • All administrative expenses due to NCOPE for the individual resident
  • Access to NCOPE Tracker
  • All support resources

Dual Discipline Combined O&P Residency

Clinical or Research Track
$3,780/resident
  • All administrative expenses due to NCOPE for the individual resident
  • Access to NCOPE Tracker
  • All support resources

Program Accreditation Fees

Initial Application for Accreditation

Sites new to NCOPE or have inactive accreditation cycles
$630/application
  • All administrative expenses due to NCOPE for the residency program
  • Application review
  • Access to NCOPE Tracker for the Program Director and Primary Mentors
  • Access to the OPRESCAS WebAdMIT system
  • Accreditation recognition for 3 years if the application is approved

Continuing Accreditation

Sites renewing active accreditation cycles
$630/application
  • All administrative expenses due to NCOPE for the residency program
  • Application review
  • Access to NCOPE Tracker for the Program Director and Primary Mentors
  • Access to the OPRESCAS WebAdMIT system
  • Accreditation recognition for 3 years if the application is approved

Application for Affiliate Locations

Sites within 75 miles of the primary residency site
$75/affiliate site
  • All administrative expenses due to NCOPE for the residency program
  • Application review

Application for Add-On Discipline

Orthotics, Prosthetics, OR Combined O&P
$300/application
  • Affiliate sites can be added on this application
  • All administrative expenses due to NCOPE for the residency program
  • Application review
  • This fee is not assessed if additional disciplines are identified at the time of the renewal or initial application

Other Fees

  • A late fee of $25 is assessed for any payments past due greater than 90 days.

How to Pay

The person completing the Residency Program Application Form or Resident Registration Form will automatically be provided the information below at the time of form completion.

 

1) Pay with Credit Card

Please use the link on this page to access our Credit Card Payment Portal.

2) Send a check

Make checks payable to NCOPE and include your company’s name and address on the memo line.  When paying for resident registration, also include the name(s) of the resident(s). Payment Address:

3) Request an Invoice

University/Hospital and US Department of Veterans Affairs Hospitals may request an invoice be sent for payment of residency application and registration fees by CLICKING HERE.
