The Orthotics and Prosthetics Centralized Application Service (OPCAS) is a service of the National Commission on Orthotic and Prosthetic Education (NCOPE). OPCAS provides a simplified online process of applying to O&P programs. Please note that not all accredited programs are participating in the OPCAS system. A listing of all accredited orthotist/prosthetist programs can be accessed HERE. Applicants complete one application and submit it with corresponding materials to the centralized service, provided by Liaison International. OPCAS verifies the application components for accuracy, calculates the applicant’s grade point averages (GPA), and sends the materials to the O&P programs the applicant designates.
