Academic Program Fees

The following fees apply to all programs currently accredited or pursuing CAAHEP accreditation for the following levels:

  • Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician

  • Orthotic/Prosthetic Assistant

  • Orthotist/Prosthetist

Yearly accreditation fee to NCOPE: $1,800

Yearly accreditation fee to CAAHEP: $600

Self-Study Review Related Expenses

Request for Candidacy

$2,100/One Time
  • Required for all new programs that wish to pursue NCOPE/CAAHEP Accreditation

Initial Accreditation

$1,200/One Time
  • Required after successful completion of candidacy

Continuing Accreditation

$1,575/Cycle
  • Administered after successful completion of initial or continued candidacy

Site visit expenses are charged to the sponsor institution. A typical site visit costs anywhere from $2,500 – $3,200.
