Academic Program Payment Portal

This fee is assessed annually and an invoice will be provided by the NCOPE staff for payment once per calendar year.  If the sponsor institution hosts more than one CAAHEP/NCOPE accredited program, this form will need to be submitted multiple times.

A flat fee is charged for a virtual site visit to offset associated expenses and administrative costs.  Please do not submit payment for this fee if site visitors were required to travel to the actual program campus/facilities.  This fee is subject to change.
