Residency Director, Mentor, and Administrator Information

An orthotic and prosthetic residency program is an educational program centered on clinical training that results in the resident’s attainment of competencies in the management of comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic patient care.  It is NCOPE’s fundamental belief that residency is the second half of orthotist / prosthetist serving an essential role in providing real-world experiences to complete the lessons learned during their schooling.

For questions regarding the process of becoming accredited, renewing accreditation, the status of applications previously submitted, or general inquiries regarding residency programs and/or directors/mentors, please contact NCOPE’s Residency Program Assistant listed on the NCOPE Staff page.
