What is meant when the AMP inquires about offering multiple “Tracks” for a program?

A track is a unique combination of courses that enables completion of the CAAHEP program. If all students complete the same coursework (including course numbers) to meet the CAAHEP requirements, select “No” to identify only a single track being offered.
