NCOPE Tracker automatically lists a residency past-due if the date is 1 day or more beyond the end date listed inside of NCOPE Tracker. You still have 30 days beyond the end date to submit all required documentation and have your residency marked complete. The NCOPE staff cannot change your NCOPE Tracker account to reflect a 2nd discipline until all documentation for the 1st discipline is submitted by the resident, director, and mentor(s).
