NCOPE Tracker only allows a resident to be assigned to a single mentor at a time. If you are not the mentor providing the majority of the residency supervision to that resident, then the resident will not be visible to you nor will you be able to complete any forms on their behalf. The resident can request that they be changed to a different mentor at any time by submitting the NCOPE Tracker Mentor Mentor Status/Change Request Form.
