It does not appear that I have any applicants, is something wrong?

The first step is to make sure your residency program is currently active within the configuration portal.  It will clearly say “Approved” to the right of the program as illustrated below:

Once the program is approved, verify that you are have “Program Assignments” setup correctly  To access the Program Assignments options, select “Account” from the top right-hand side of WebAdMIT and click “Edit My Account.”  Make sure the approved program is checked as shown below:
