Residents can only be assigned to a single mentor or director at a time. Your resident can see who they are linked to by visiting their NCOPE Tracker Dashboard and they can be changed over to the director by completing the Mentor Change Request form inside of NCOPE Tracker. Once they are linked to you, you will be able to complete the Final Evaluation of the Resident form. A tutorial that demonstrates how the resident submit this change request is below:
