How Do I Verify What Documentation the NCOPE Staff Has Received for a Resident?

Both residents and a resident’s assigned residency mentor within NCOPE Tracker can run the NCOPE Resident Status Report, which will show which forms have been received by the NCOPE staff.  Please note that it typically takes 2 business days for the NCOPE staff to receive and review a form before it will be reflected on the status report.  NCOPE Tracker and our database do not automatically consider a form received until an NCOPE staff member has personally verified the information.  If more than 2 business days has passed since a form was submitted, please contact the NCOPE Residency Staff via an email to residency@ncope.org and include the PDF generated by NCOPE Tracker, the resident’s name/email, the assigned mentor’s name/email, the name of the site, the residency program type (orthotic, prosthetic, combined), and track (research/clinical).
