The forms within NCOPE Tracker are similar to an electronic medical record as once they are submitted, they cannot be edited. In the event a form was submitted with incorrect information please do the following:
1. Submit the form again with revised information.
2. Contact residency@ncope.org and identify:
- Your name
- The facility you are doing your residency at including the city/state
- The residency program type/track (Ex: Orthotics – Clinical Track)
- The form that contained the incorrect information
- The date the form with incorrect info was submitted
- The date the form with the correct info was submitted
