Residents can identify their current/mentor by visiting their dashboard screen within NCOPE Tracker or by selecting the “Forms” icon located at the top right of the NCOPE Tracker interface and then selecting the NCOPE Tracker Mentor Status and Change Form. The residency program director is the default assigned mentor, but it should be the mentor the resident works with the most. Within the form, residents can view their current mentor and request a mentor change.
Please do not request a mentor change until all required “Quarterly Evaluations of the Mentor” have been completed for your currently assigned mentor.
