This method works for residents, directors, and mentors. Please note your navigation bar at the top of the screen may look different depending on your role.
If your account is active and you can log in to NCOPE Tracker successfully, click on your name at the top right-hand corner and then select profile.

From within the profile, you will see two prompts: ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ which allow you to set a new password. It must contact 1 capital letter, 1 lower-case letter, 1 number, 1 symbol, and be at least 10 characters long.

Once you have entered a password that meets the requirements defined above, please scroll down and select ‘Update’ or if you wish to cancel changing the password, click the ‘Close’ button instead.
