NCOPE Tracker accounts are only available from the first day of residency until the day that the resident submits all documentation required for the residency to be marked complete.
Other reasons that an account may be inaccessible are:
- The resident failed to enter care data for at least 2 weeks within NCOPE Tracker.
- The account will be inactivated until the resident contacts the NCOPE Staff to identify the reason for not complying with documentation requirements and requests re-activation.
- The resident may have their residency placed “on hold” as they take a leave of absense or transfer to a new facility.
- The account may be reactivated once the resident resumes their residency.
